This month, the Mississippi State Personnel Board held its monthly Board meeting at Jackson State University. Board members and attendees were guests of JSU President Marcus Thompson. Attendees observed a moment of silence at the beginning of the meeting in memory of Jeanne Luckey, wife of board member Alwyn Luckey and member of the Institutions of Higher Learning Board of Trustees.

The next MSPB meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the MSPB Boardroom at 210 East Capitol Street, in Jackson. Board members will attend the upcoming meeting virtually.
