Support Care Professional I
First-level Support Care position accountable for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing and other related tasks. Assists in checking vital signs, height and weight as assigned; collects and maintains records of fluid intake and output; reports on the condition of residents; and participates in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. May perform environment of care checks.
Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 0-1 years of experience, may require Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation or Direct Care Training as required by the hiring agency.

Support Care Professional II
Second-level Support Care position accountable for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks. Support Care Professional III
Third-level Support Care position accountable for taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities, observing and reporting patient conditions and behaviors, and participating in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. May mentor or direct the work of lower-level employees. Communicates with doctors, patients, and families, and educates patients on care. May provide transport to offsite appointments and application of restraints when necessary.
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 2-3 years of experience. May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.

Support Care Professional Team Lead
First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises direct care staff.
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 3-5+ years of experience. May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.

Support Care Professional Supervisor
Managerial-level position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff and supervisors.
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. May require some college credit by hiring agency and/or a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
