Support Care Worker II

Second-level Support Care vocational position accountable for transporting/escorting clients to appointments, participating in client activities, attending therapy sessions with patients, providing recreation/leisure services, and distributing snacks/food to clients.

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 1 year of experience.

Support Care Team Lead

Supervisory Support Care position accountable for transporting/escorting clients to appointments, participating in client activities, attending therapy sessions with patients, providing recreation/leisure services, and distributing snacks/food to clients. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progress discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these positions to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 2 years of experience.
