Correctional Case Manager I
Entry-level professional case management work in which an employee serves on a classification team; evaluates the offender's institutional adjustment attitude toward society and release plans; and makes recommendations relative to job assignments, facility transfers, and disciplinary actions. Employees also secures and verifies information from incarcerated adult offenders concerning their home life, family relationships, work history, and other pertinent personal and social factors; develops, maintains, and reviews classification files and assesses classification status and prepares analysis for program eligibility determinations.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Correctional Case Manager II
Journey level professional case management work in which an employee serves on a classification team; evaluates the offender's institutional adjustment attitude toward society and release plans; and makes recommendations relative to job assignments, facility transfers, and disciplinary actions. In addition to the duties outlined in PIC I, employees in this classification may also be required to act as grievance officer and hold disciplinary hearings on conduct violations and serve on treatment teams.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Correctional Case Manager Team Lead
Supervisory level professional case management work in which an employee manages case managers and other staff in a unit including the recruitment, hiring, performance review, and training of employees. Employees serve as a lead worker on a classification team; evaluate the offenders’ institutional adjustment attitude toward society and release plans.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience.
