Computer Operations Clerk I
For Computer Operations roles at this level: Operates computer equipment using central console or on-line terminal in accordance with established guidelines and operating procedures. Monitors the operation of computer equipment to identify and report errors, equipment failures, or deviations from standards. Maintains computer records and production reports so computer operations can be analyzed. Employees may also be required to perform data control services. For Data Control roles at this level: Receives and reviews input and output data, such as grid sheets, scanner documents, tapes etc. Maintains and revises lists, control records, and coding schemes necessary to process data. Codes data and calculates batch totals where appropriate, inputs data with necessary documentation for computer processing, audits outputs, and distributes output reports.
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-3 years of relevant experience

Computer Operations Clerk Team Lead
Accountable for supervision of a team who provide Computer Operations and/or Data Control services. Responsible for supervision of the provision of Computer Operations and/or Data Control services, typically through the role of a Shift Supervisor. This position typically exists in a legacy mainframe or environment that operates in shifts.
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 5-8 years of experience in computer operations and data control environment

Computer Operations Clerk Supervisor
Accountable for management of a team leader and/or supervisor of a team who provide computer operations and/or data control services. Responsible for oversight through delegated supervision of the provision of computer operations and/or data control services, typically through the role of a Shift Supervisor. This position typically exists in a legacy or server mainframe environment that operates in shifts. A position at this level exists due to the size, scope, and complexity of the computer operations and data control services.
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 7-10 years of experience in computer operations and data control environment and experience as a computer operations and data control supervisor.
